The function of the waste tire pyrolysis plant is to convert
various kinds of waste tires like car tyres , motorcycle tires,
bicycle tires, and OTR tires to fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire,
and syngas. Due to the advantages of environmentally friendly,
energy-saving, high safety level, and large profit of this
equipment, it is widely used for the treatment of waste rubber
products.

Output product usage
1. Fuel oil is widely used in industries, such as steel factories,
heavy oil generators, cement factories, boiler heating, etc.
2. Carbon black can be made into pellets as heating fuel.
3. Steel wire could be sold to the recycling station or steel mill
for remelting.
4. The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor,
saving energy.
